Appointment Policy:
Punctuality is essential to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment and will be considered a late cancellation. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time so we can provide the high level of care and attention you deserve.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Out of respect for our providers’ time and the needs of other patients, we require 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (under 48 hours) will incur a $150 fee.
No-shows will result in a $250 fee.
Please note:
Social media messages are not accepted forms of communication for cancellations or scheduling changes. All appointment modifications must be made via the patient portal(your Jane portal, easily done via your appointment email) or by calling the office directly at 253-284-6471.
If your card on file is unable to be processed, you will receive an invoice for the applicable fee and will be unable to reschedule until the fee is paid.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds on services rendered.Aesthetic outcomes vary by individual, and while we aim to deliver outstanding results, they cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments may be recommended to achieve desired outcomes and will be billed accordingly.·
Retail Products: We do not offer refunds on skincare orwellness products. Defective items may be exchanged for the same product within 14 days of purchase.
Prepaid Services: Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Children Policy:
While we absolutely adore children, our practice is providing medical services. We kindly ask that you arrange childcare prior to your appointment. This not only ensures the safety of your children, it allows you to be fully present during this special time dedicated all for you!
Pet Policy:
We love fur babies, but pets are not allowed inside our medical facility unless they are certified service animals. Please do not bring your pets to your appointment, as you will be asked to remove them from the premises. Thank you for respecting these policies and contributing to a calm, safe, and professional environment for all. We are honored to be part of your team on your commitment to feeling your best.
